#Sweetandsexy #Xcerpt #HotDad #singledad #firefighter #HappyHumpDay

My sincerest apologies for being MIA. As many of you know, I had a baby in May. She's sweet, lovely and such a good baby, but she's also a major time (and energy) suck. She's not quite four months, but the four-month sleep regression has hit us hard. I'm trying to keep up with my writing and publication schedule, but that often means I don't get around to blog posts. Fingers crossed this sleep regression doesn't last long.

A steamy single dad, firefighter, BDSM, romantic comedy

Available on Amazon and Free in Kindle Unlimited

Since the moment I laid eyes on her I’ve wanted her.
But I wasn’t ready.
The kids were my world and my wounds were still raw.
For six months, I watched her from afar. Dreamed of her, lusted after her, fantasized…
But all that’s about to change. I’m finally ready to take the plunge and start dating again. And now that I know she’s single, I’m going to do this right and win Harper. I want her mind, I want her body, I want her heart.
And when she gives me all access, no limits, I know she’s the one for me.

He’s the one we all call Hot Dad at playgroup. The one who makes my knees weak and my panties wet every time he walks through the door. We all eye-fuck the bejesus out of him, and dream of his tongue between our legs.
But my kid is my world, and I’m a frumpy mom with a hole in the bum of her yoga pants. What could he ever see in me? So when Sam calls out of the blue, I’m stunned.
Now if only the kids can stop cock-blocking us, and his psycho ex would go away.
He’s turned out to be a master Dom and I’m willing and eager to be taught how to be the perfect little submissive.

Sweet and Sexy Excerpt

Kid fed? Kid bathed? Kid bottle? Kid story time? Kiss kid goodnight and tell her not to get out of bed unless the house is on fire? Check. Check. Checkity check check. All systems go, my floors freshly swept, my counters wiped and my bed with fresh sheets, I sat on the couch with my laptop in front of me emailing one of my clients, waiting for that knock on my door. We’d agreed on seven forty-five; it was now seven forty-seven, where was he?
Oh, for Christ’s sake, woman! Get ahold of yourself. It’s Vancouver, it’s January, ever thought he might be stuck in traffic? Or maybe dinner wasn’t ready for pickup. Chill the fuck out.
My phone vibrated on the coffee table, and I lunged for it, bonking my knee on the edge of the table in the process. I was such a klutz.
I’d hit the “answer” button just as I said that.
Bouncing around my living room on one foot like an idiot, I put the phone to my ear. “Yeah, sorry.”
“I’m here. I just didn’t want to knock in case it woke up Carly.”
My eyes flashed to the door, where sure enough a sexy dark shadow crowded the mottled glass paneling on the door. Another couple of bounces before I decided I needed to walk it off, and I was opening the door.
My heart leaped up into my throat at the sight of him. Black leather jacket, dark jeans, dark loafers, a sexy smile, dinner and flowers. So this was how dating was supposed to go. He was wooing me. I was being wooed. I had to stick my hand out against the wall to keep myself from keeling over in a swoon as I continued to take him all in. Tall and muscular, broad and rugged. With piercing blue eyes and the most dashing dark red hair. It was even darker on his chin and cheeks. I suddenly ached to run my lips, my tongue, my nipples over those ruddy prickles.
“Hi,” I finally squeaked.
His smile was long and lazy. “Hi.”
“Y-you want to come in?”
I swallowed. Why did that one word make my whole body go up in flames?
“These are for you.” He held the bouquet out, and I took them. They were gorgeous, a mix of roses and lilies, all various shades of reds and whites.
“Thank you.” I moved to the side to let him in as he took a step forward. Inhaling, because I couldn’t stop myself, I breathed in his manly scent. Oh God, what aftershave was he wearing? It was spicy and sexy, with just a hint of minty freshness and the lingering scent of fresh linen. I wanted to jump up onto his waist, bury my face in the crook of his neck, and smell him all night long.

Please welcome Kay Blake and her new release Don't Blame Me. #Interracialromance #newrelease #multiculturalromance #contemporaryromance

Title: Free Me (Book 2 of The Kim Brothers Series)
Author: Kay Blake
Genre: Interracial Romance/Contemporary Romance/ Multicultural Romance
My biggest focus in life is taking the steps necessary to get back to the person I used to be. And dancing seems to be the only thing that’s keeping that part of me alive. I love dancing. Love it with my whole being.
And then there’s David. He’s different. He’s intriguing. And he is making me question all the things I’ve said about being in relationships.
I’m afraid of being hurt again. I’m afraid of failing like I’ve done before.
But maybe there is more room in my life for more than I originally thought.
I’m not going to lie, I don’t take much seriously. Life is to be lived and life is for having fun. And so, I do just that. I live my life the way I see fit, and I repeat that mantra every day.  No commitments. No attachments. Just uninhibited fun.
But then I literally bump into the most memorizing, woman I’ve ever laid my eyes on.
And now I’m torn between being the person I thought I wanted to be and wanting to be a better me for her.

A fun and flirty excerpt from this steamy secret baby step billionaire romance. #xcerpt #funandflirty #secretbaby

Quick & Reckless

Book 3, A Quick Billionaires Novel
A steamy secret baby, step romance.

Sometimes being reckless can be a step in the right direction.

Abandoned at the altar, humiliated in front of everyone she knows, Silver Belle (save the stripper jokes, she’s heard them all), flees her wedding determined to erase her ex-fiance from her memory. There’s a soul-mate for everyone? What a joke: there’s obviously none for her. She’s done with love. Done with doing the right thing. So when she meets Warren McAllister, a heart-stopping, drool-worthy Australian, she throws caution—and propriety to the wind—and makes him an outrageous proposal.

Warren’s always up for a challenge, so when a beautiful stranger in a poufy white dress dares him to join her for a weekend of passion to erase her past, he’s more than willing to sign up. Sex is just sex, after all. Only saying goodbye is harder than he expected, and he can’t seem to forget her, even after heading back to Tahiti for work. So when he returns a year later for his mother’s wedding, he’s excited to see Silver, ready for another tryst—and possibly even more.

Though their fling only lasted three days, Warren changed Silver, helped her, healed her. And he captured her heart. However, now she has secrets. Big “baby-sized” secrets that could destroy any possibility of a future together. She can only hope Warren will forgive her.

Fun and Flirty Excerpt

“Well, then, I best go order dinner then. What’s your poison? Tequila? Whiskey? Anything you can recommend to mix with root beer?” He strolled over to where his phone sat on the small wooden breakfast table in the kitchenette. “Please tell me you’re not one of those freaky weirdos that likes pineapple on their pizza. I might have to end this affair right now.”
Closing her robe and sitting up, Silver rolled her eyes. “I’m pretty much good with whatever. But no, if given the choice, I don’t order pineapple on my pizza. Why? What do you Aussies like on your pizza?”
He frowned and shrugged. “Same as anyone else: kangaroo meat, sprinkled with eucalyptus leaves, topped with wombat's cheese. And if you can get it, platypus venom as a sauce. Though that can be a bit hard to come by when they’re not in season.”
Silver tossed her head back and laughed. God, it felt good to laugh. She hadn’t thought about Trent and Candy in ages, and even when she did, her heart didn’t hurt nearly as much as it had, because Warren was there to lift her spirits and make her smile. “Platypus venom, eh? Something tells me it would be spicy.”
He nodded but didn’t bother to look up from his screen. “Kind of like wasabi. Burns your nose right quick but then fades fast. You okay with ham, cheese, egg and onion?”
She wrinkled her nose. “Egg? Like scrambled egg? On a pizza?”
He nodded again. “Yeah, it’s amazing. But they do a fried egg. Scrambled would just be weird. But I’m not seeing fried egg as an option. You think I could request it for more money?”
The idea of a fried egg on a pizza did not sound appealing. Not in the least. She was about to protest and offer up the alternative of green peppers or olives when she caught the reflection of herself in the big window. She was smiling. Warren made her smile. He made her happy. She’d embraced this quick and reckless tryst with open arms, knowing it was exactly what she needed to wipe the memory of Trent and Candy from her mind and start making new memories, start healing. He was introducing her to amazing new things. Shouldn’t she embrace it all? Including the weird pizza toppings?
She huddled up next to him and rested her cheek against his arm. “Sounds weird, but I trust you. If you can find a place that will crack an egg into the middle of a pizza, I’ll try it.”
His grin made her thighs slick and her heart lurch in her chest. “That’s my girl. I love that you’re so open and willing to try new things.” Then his gaze grew avid, and his eyelids dropped to half-mast. “We’re going to make the most of our last night together and try all sorts of new things.”

She clutched his arm. “I can’t wait.”

The Selkie Prince's Fated Mate
The Royal Alphas, bk 1

A MM Mpreg Shifter Romance

by JJ Masters

A Selkie prince forced to produce an heir. An omega destined to become a royal’s fated mate...

Prince Kai’s life as he knows it is now over. As the firstborn alpha to the Selkie King of the North, he’s required to produce an heir. Whether he wants to or not. When the Selkie Seekers finally present his fated mate, he dreads being tied to this stranger for the rest of his life. He can only hope his omega will be easy on the eyes and somewhat intelligent.

Raised in a family of good breeding, Luca always knew it was possible he’d end up the mate for an alpha of nobility. Only to whom, he never knew. Every time the Seekers summoned him for the humiliating presentation ceremony to royalty of all levels, he feared being stuck with some unbearable, abusive or very unattractive alpha. As an omega he doesn’t have the choice to say no. Not only is it his obligation, it’s the law. If he refuses, he and his family would become outcasts and banished from the Selkie community.

However, as soon as Kai enters the Great Hall of the North, it’s clear that the handsome prince is his alpha. Luca’s pleased with the choice the fates made until the king demands that not only he become pregnant within six months but produce an alpha pup with his son, otherwise he’ll be cast aside. And getting pregnant might be a problem...

Note: A 56k word m/m shifter mpreg story, this is the first book in the Royal Alpha series. Due to the “knotty” times in this book, it is recommended for mature readers only. It can be read as a standalone and, of course, has an HEA.

Chapter One

The blood rushed to Kai’s cock as he took a long, deep inhale.
This Presentation Ceremony was unnecessary. As were all the last dozen or so. There was no reason to have six omegas from all over the country—and even some from Europe—presenting themselves to him each time.
All to find his fated mate.
No matter what, it was clear. The pater of his future pups was now present in the Great Hall. He was one of the six males naked on their hands and knees, their foreheads pressed to the cold stone floor, their asses high in the air.
The second Kai had entered the hall, his omega’s slick glands had started to express themselves. It was hard to deny the scent his future mate gave off.
His hatred for these presentation ceremonies burned within him like the heat of a thousand suns. How insulting to be an omega from a good family and be forced to be on display in front of many, many other males in the hall and postulating in front of the reigning King of the North.
His sire, King Solomon.
The ruling Selkie male loved this pomp and circumstance. Kai despised it.
His father sat on his throne at the head of the hall, wearing not only his damn crown, but holding his scepter.
His freaking scepter.
But like it’d been told to Kai countless times before, it was all for the good of the race.
Being the oldest son of five, he was next in line for the throne.
Not that he wanted it, because he didn’t.
Not that he had a choice. He certainly didn’t.
Just like he wouldn’t have a choice in choosing his future mate. That would be chosen for him due to the fates. An omega he’d have to spend the rest of his life with, who would sit by his side if and when Kai ever reigned the kingdom, and who would bear his pups.
No, Kai’s body would decide that.
So, he had no choice. None. And neither did his omega.
Kai hoped he at least found his bonded mate easy on the eyes, and somewhat intelligent. Otherwise, he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to tolerate being tied to a male Kai couldn’t bear to look at, breed with, or even have a decent conversation with.
That would seem like eternal torture.
Kai’s nostrils flared as the sweet, luring scent of his bonded mate became stronger. His cock was now more painful than ever.
He didn’t think he’d ever gotten this hard with any of his beta or human lovers.
“Son, come forward,” his father’s deep voice encouraged. Hell, demanded.
Kai frowned at all the formality. The Royal Guards lined both sides of the hall, leaving him a clear path to the throne, the “presentation,” and his four brothers. Two stood on one side of their father, two on the other.
They looked as uncomfortable as Kai felt and Zale was giving him an intense stare that read, “Hurry up and choose, so we all can get the bloody hell out of here.”
Kai understood that sentiment well.
With a sigh, Kai moved forward, his eyes traveling over the bare asses being presented for everyone to see.
Thanks be to Poseidon, he was grateful that he was not an omega.
